Closed on Sunday, Monday and Bank Holidays.

From April 15th till September 15th, Monday to Saturday : 9.30am - 1pm & 2pm - 6.30pm
Sunday and Bank Holidays : 9.30am to 12.30am.

By car
Coming from Paris, take the A10 motorway, A 19 exit, Tours Nord / Parçay-Meslay or exit 20, Rochecorbon/Vouvray.
Coming from Tours city centre, take the A10 motorway, exit 20 (to Rochecorbon-Vouvray sector) or exit 19 (Parçay-Meslay and Monnaie sector).

By bus
Fil Bleu for the urban area:
Line 54 serving Rochecorbon, Vouvray and Vernou sur Brenne

Our commitment

This Tourist Office, which is in the process of being classed under category III, belongs to the “Réseau des Offices de Tourisme de France©” (Network of French Tourist Offices) and has drawn up a list of its commitments to its customers. It undertakes to:

  • Provide you with a reception area and information area that are easy to access
  • Provide assistance
  • Offer you a seat
  • Give you free information about local tourist attractions
  • Display and circulate information on opening times, in at least one foreign language
  • Be open at least 120 days a year, including Saturdays and Sundays in the tourist season or during special events
  • Reply to your messages all year round
  • Provide a permanent reception service staffed by personnel speaking at least one foreign language
  • Provide tourist maps and guides in paper form
  • Give you access to its bilingual website
  • Provide tourist information on the following subjects, in paper form, translated into at least one foreign language:
    • all rated tourist accommodation including, as a minimum, the name of the establishment, postal address, e-mail address, website address, telephone number and rating;
•  monuments and sites of interest to tourists, and cultural, natural and leisure attractions, which may include admission fees, opening periods and times, websites, telephone numbers and postal addresses
  • events and activities;
  • emergency telephone numbers
  • Update its tourist information every year
  • Display emergency telephone numbers outside
  • Handle your complaints and measure customer satisfaction
  • Offer the services of a holiday advisor
  • Guarantee that the information on local tourist attractions is up-to-date and reliable
  • Update the data on tourist attractions in its geographical area of activity
